Granite is a software company, but most importantly, Granite is a product. We keep developing our Granite-platform with long term goals. Freedom and flexibility
Everyone at Granite can choose on a day-to-day basis whether to work from home or in our shared office space in Tampere or Helsinki. You’re also able to plan your day more freely thanks to flexible working hours. In addition to the standard annual leave, you can choose to have additional paid vacation time instead of monetary holiday bonuses. Ergonomic office equipment of your own choice is also at your disposal.

Health and wellness
Granite provides all its employees with comprehensive occupational health care services as well as insurances for both leisure-time and ensuring work ability. There are exercise and culture benefits and Auntie’s low-threshold mental health related service to utilize.

The cherry on top
Granite’s employee bonus plan provides compensation beyond annual salary, and this compensation can either be paid to you right away or you can direct it in full or partly to a personnel fund. We like to have fun and get together at least 5 times a year for recreational activities outside of work, and when you’re visiting our Tampere office you can grab a quick snack from Boostbar and enjoy sweet and saltry treats on the company dime. Oh, and did we mention our benefits for phone usage and commuting to work?
